Today was the Black Necked Crane festival at the Gangtey
Monastery. There was such a mob of people and vehicles that we had to walk most of the way although it wasn't very far.
There were many vendors selling their wares on the walk to the Monastery.
We were only able to stay for an hour or so and then had to leave to meet up with the rest of the group in Wangduephodrang. However, it was long enough to see four performances, including two by children’s groups.

After lunch in Wangduephodrang we spent the rest of the day
driving to Paro, our last stop in Bhutan.
